Danielle R. Grunden
Danielle R. Grunden was graduated from Michigan State University in 2003 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics, with an additional major in Finance. Ms. Grunden attended the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, earning her Juris Doctorate in 2008. While in law school, Ms. Grunden participated in the appellate moot court competition as well as the Family Law Clinic, assisting indigent individuals by preparing and presenting pleadings before the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, Family Division. Ms. Grunden is admitted to practice before the Courts of the Commonwealth Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
Following her admission to the bar, Ms. Grunden concentrated her practice in family law, estate planning and administration, and juvenile law. She appeared regularly before the courts of Butler, Allegheny, Armstrong, Beaver, Lawrence and Westmoreland Counties as well as the Superior Court of Pennsylvania. Ms. Grunden joined J.C. Evans Law, P.C. in 2015 and currently practices in the fields of general and commercial litigation.
Prior to attending law school, Ms. Grunden worked as a paralegal assigned to complex mass tort and consumer fraud litigation.
